Working collaboratively with an existing commercial building client to bring their vision to life, we revitalised the current structure with modern joinery and created a functional accessible bathroom and a calming sensory room to create a new look and feel. 

Obstacles are always unavoidable! However, during the short eight-week project timeline, with our client’s clear vision and Buildingwise’s adaptability and forward-thinking approach, we were able to complete the project with ease. 

We utilised high quality products for an exceptional finish with the contemporary Expona commercial vinyl plank flooring, Dulux ‘White on white’ paint throughout, Enzo Cinder concrete look floor tiles and natural Blackbutt timber vertical battens. 

We demolished the internal non-structural walls, kitchen, toilets and floor covering and removed internal toilet structural walls to service alterations to an accessible bathroom. Installation of the new kitchen and reception joinery brought new life to the space, complementing the new floors and paint. We also installed a new galvanised external handrail.
